Mixed in amongst our residential real estate shoots is the commercial property photography service we offer to Brisbane commercial owners and managers.
Over the years this has included photography of large commercial buildings, large sheds, childcare centres, medical areas, residential care homes and large scale architectural developments.
As experts, we have the right equipment and a great deal of experience shooting large spaces. Drones show the area surrounding and are great to explore access for trucks, earthmoving equipment and then spaces that we can’t get the drone into sometimes require use of a helicopter to get into no fly zones to cover that.
Higher rooflines require a different perspective, control and aspect with the camera lens for ground work.
Our clients use these photographs and drone footage for insurance records, property maintenance and often to assess the versatility of a space for delivery vehicles, trucks and access in general. We often shoot commercial buildings with doors open as well as all shut up to show how the space works for commercial purposes in various configurations.
